Take a chill pill.

Ha! ha! Do you remember when that was the catch phase of the day? It sounded as lame then as it does now but the meaning of that phrase is still very relevant. Sometimes we need to just chill out from the hustle and bustle for a moment to revive and refresh ourselves.

It's okay for you to let your voicemail answer a few of your calls this weekend. It's okay for you to take yourself out or hang with some of your closest buddies to relax and do nothing planned. Relax your mind. Be spontaneous. Do something different for a change. Try to leave your work at work this upcoming week and don't bring it home with you. I know sometimes it's a necessary thing but not everyday. Don't stress yourself to death because you have so much to experience and to offer. There is a season and time for everything. We just have to learn how recognize when it's time for us to shift.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-9, A Time for Everything

"There is an appointed time for everything or every event under heaven ~

2 A time to give birth, and a time to die; A time to plant, and a time to uproot what is planted.

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; A time to tear down, and a time to build up.

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, and a time to dance.

5 A time to throw stones, and a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, and a time to shun embracing.

6 A time to search, and a time to give up as lost; A time to keep, and a time to throw away.

7 A time to tear apart, and a time to sew together; A time to be silent, and a time to speak.

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; A time for war, and a time for peace.

9 What profit is there to the worker from that in which he toils?

10 A TIME TO CHILL AND TAKE A BREAK BECAUSE YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH!(ERIC LITTLE VERSE)
